CAB Farms, Inc., is operated as a conventional no-till farm. In the early 1990's, CAB Farms transitioned to no-till. This allowed CAB Farms to cover more acres with less labor.
406 Farms, LLC, is operated as an organic farm. The organic certification process was started in 2014. In 2018, 406 Farms produced it's first certified organic crop, dark northern spring wheat.
